Yes you can. To do this simply send your certificates, or arrange them to be
sent along with a signed Stock Power of Attorney, your name and account

Can I deposit restricted stock into my account?
Yes,
we use a recognised US Broker Dealer who is one
of the few clearing firms that accepts restricted stock for deposit into
clients accounts.
How is my money sent to and from…. And how do I monitor it?
Money is transferred via an electronic telex transfer to the bank details
you provide. If you have money you wish to receive from .... , simply
instruct your account representative at Mercury International Associates and
he/she will make the necessary arrangements.
Is my money protected?
Yes. Through Mercury’s membership with the Securities Investment
Protection Corporation (SIPC) your portfolio is protected up to $500,000 USD
with up to $100,000 USD protected in cash. Please remember this protection
is for brokerage firm bankruptcy or failure and does not protect against
market fluctuations.
